Coast EV operates our own dedicated service division providing support throughout Charleston County and the surrounding areas. This gives our customers a major advantage compared to many competitors who rely heavily on third-party service providers, often resulting in long delays and inconsistent support.

Breezy EV Warranty Coverage

The premium Breezy EV golf carts offered by Coast EV are backed by the manufacturer's limited warranty, providing dependable coverage and long-term peace of mind.

Manufacturer Warranty Includes:

2-Year Limited Warranty on the Breezy EV cart platform.
8-Year Limited Warranty on the premium Breezy Lithium Battery System.

Important Warranty Information

The Breezy EV manufacturer's warranty covers defective parts and components that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.

Warranty coverage is for replacement parts only. Labor charges, diagnostic time, service calls, transportation, pickup and delivery, and any installation costs are not included unless specifically authorized by Breezy EV LLC.

Warranty coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions outlined by Breezy EV LLC, including proper maintenance and normal operating conditions.

Coast EV Sport Model Limited Warranty

The Coast EV Sport Model comes with a 2-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty on Parts and a Limited 3-Year Warranty on the Battery,

Both beginning from the original date of retail purchase.

These models were manufactured by Coast EV during the 2023, 2024 and 2025 model years. Coast EV warrants that each Coast EV Sport Model will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period. Subject to the terms and exclusions below, Coast EV will repair or replace defective parts that are determined to have failed due to manufacturing defects or defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty covers replacement parts only. Labor charges, diagnostic fees, service calls, transportation, and other related service expenses are not included under this warranty and are the responsibility of the owner unless otherwise authorized in writing by Coast EV.

The Limited 3-Year Battery Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Battery damage or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, improper charging, or any of the exclusions listed below is not covered.

All expenses incurred in transporting the vehicle to and from Coast EV or an authorized dealer are the sole responsibility of the cart owner unless otherwise agreed to by the service provider.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from:

Lack of routine maintenance or cleaning.
Installation or use of aftermarket accessories or modifications.
Regular undercharging or improper charging of the battery.
Battery failure caused by third-party electrical equipment or wiring issues.
Tampering with the charger or charger programming/algorithm.
Water damage or flooding.
Normal wear and tear of parts and components.
Failure to keep the vehicle and its components clean.
Abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized repairs.

Transferability

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Claims

Coast EV is committed to quality manufacturing and customer satisfaction. If you believe your Coast EV Sport Model has a condition that may be covered under this warranty, please contact Coast EV or an authorized dealer promptly with a description of the issue. Upon inspection and verification that the issue is covered under this Limited Warranty, Coast EV will provide the appropriate replacement parts in accordance with the terms of this warranty.
